Rs 116.45 crore sanctioned for rural roads of four districts including Madhubani, Kaimur

Patna . Deputy Chief Minister Emperor Chaudhary approved to spend more than 116.45 crore for the repair and maintenance of 59.770 km of rural roads in Samastipur, Madhubani, Kaimur and Araria districts.
Before going to Delhi for election campaign, Chaudhary said that under the ‘Chief Minister Rural Road Upgradation Scheme’, 15 percent of the total budget in Scheduled Caste -dominated areas and 1 percent in Scheduled Tribes dominated areas have been allocated in the budget. This will speed up the development of road in Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Caste -dominated areas.

He informed that under the repair, strengthening and better maintenance (management) program of rural roads, ₹ 18.61330 crore has been given for 11.600 km of road from Pusa Bazar Bose Company to Dubha Road in Pusa Baz Company Chowk to Dubha Road in Pusa block of Samastipur district.

He informed that a total of ₹ 20.94090 crore for 12.680 km of road in Kalyanpur block, 9.600 km in Jayanagar block of Madhubani district, ₹ 19.7863 crore for long Basopatti-Dubi Path, Paspora Bridge canal road to Pasppara road in Mohaniyan block Mohaniyan in Kaimur district Up to ₹ 28.27313 crore for 13.460 km long road, work division of Araria district from Kamalpur Dak Bungalow to Pachira Basagadha in Block-Raniganj of Farbisganj to 12.430 km. ₹ 28.85311 crore has been given for the road repair.
