A minor girl was allegedly sexually attacked by a minor girl at Assam’s Guwahati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH). Police gave this information. He said that two people have been arrested in connection with this incident.
A statement issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Police of Guwahati (Eastern Police District) said, “On January 21, a complaint was lodged at the Banagarh police station that a minor girl undergoing treatment at GMCH was sexually attacked by a cleaning worker.” ‘
The statement released on Friday said that a case has been registered under the relevant sections of BNS and Poxo Act and both the accused are currently in judicial custody.
The statement said, “According to the Poxo Act, the victim was tested for medical examination and judicially her statement was recorded. Apart from this, technical evidence and other related evidences were collected in a scientific manner under the process. ”Police say that the charge sheet will be filed soon in this case.
