Atl Subhash Suicide Case: Atul Subhash’s suicide case gets relief from his wife’s relative from HC, anticipatory bail provided

Technical expert Atul Subhash’s widow’s uncle was granted anticipatory bail, who committed suicide in December after accusing his wife and in -laws of harassment. Sushil Singhania, the fourth accused in the case, was given relief by the Allahabad High Court earlier. On December 9, 2024, Atul Subhash was found hanging in his Bengaluru apartment. Originally from Uttar Pradesh, Subhash was involved in a bitter battle of divorce and custody with his wife Nikita Singhania, whom he married in 2019.

The couple, who had a four -year -old son, had been living separately for three years before his death. His son was born in 2020. In the 81 -minute video recorded before the 24 -page suicide note and the 81 -minute video before his death, Subhash alleged that his in -laws had demanded Rs 3 crore under the divorce proceedings. He claimed that he was denied the right to meet his son until he met these financial demands. According to police, Subhash, who works in a private company in Bengaluru, has left an alleged death note, describing his emotional troubles, marital issues and his wife, his relatives and a Uttar Pradesh -based judge.

After his death, Subhash’s wife Nikita Singhania, her mother Nisha Singhania and her brother Anurag Singhania were arrested for abetting suicide. Later in January 2025, a Bangalore court granted him bail.
