Biden will give his last speech as US President on Wednesday

US President Joe Biden will deliver a farewell address from the Oval Office on Wednesday, five days before the swearing-in ceremony of newly elected President Donald Trump. This will be Biden’s last speech as President to Americans and people around the world before leaving office on January 20, which will begin at 8 pm.

He will deliver a speech on Monday focusing on the foreign policy of his tenure at the Ministry of External Affairs. White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters Friday that Biden will reflect on “his public life spanning more than 50 years” in his speech on Monday.

Biden (82)’s performance in the ‘debate’ held between the presidential candidates was nothing special, after which members of his own party started talking about Biden withdrawing from the race for this post and ultimately Biden voted against Trump. Had decided to withdraw from the race for the US presidency.
