Before casting his vote in the Delhi Assembly elections, the Chief Minister and AAP candidate from Kalkaji assembly seat, Atishi, on Wednesday called the election a fight for “truth vs lie” and hoped that the people of Delhi stand with the truth Will be and defeat hooliganism. Delhi Chief Minister Atishi also offered prayers at the Kalkaji temple before exercising his electoral franchise.

Talking to reporters, Atishi said that in this battle of truth vs lies, I hope that the people of Delhi will stand with the truth, work and defeat hooliganism. He further accused the Delhi Police of working for the BJP. Atishi expressed his confidence, saying that he is confident that people will vote for those who work and not goons. Atishi said that this election of Delhi is not just election, it is a crusade. This is a fight between good and bad.

The Chief Minister said that there are educated people on one side who are working for development and on the other side there are people who are doing hooliganism. I am confident that the public will vote for those who work, not goons. The Delhi Police is openly working for the BJP. Atishi is in the fray against Kalkaji seat, former AAP leader and Congress candidate Alka Lamba and BJP’s Ramesh Bidhuri. Earlier today, Atishi urged voters to vote in the ongoing assembly elections in the national capital.
