This is happening for the first time in the history of America when Dhol Tasha will be played at the swearing-in ceremony of a President. Preparations have been going on for the last one month, ever since we came to know that we have to come here. Absolutely work is going on day and night. The weather here is cold. It’s not that cold in Texas. We are practicing in the open so that we can prepare for the weather. Before this, this Dhol Tasha Band has participated in many historical programs held in America. But this is the first time that a Dhol Tasha Band has been called for the swearing-in ceremony of the US President. This is indeed a moment of pride for every Indian.
