Police Area Officer (CO) Shyam Singh said, the injured have been identified as Umardin, Saddam, Irfan and Imran, who were immediately admitted to a nearby hospital for treatment after being shot.
Four people were injured in firing in Mandawar village of Kairana police station area of Shamli district over a land dispute between two groups of the same community. Police gave this information on Sunday.

The CO said that on Saturday evening a fight started between Saddam and a person named Intezaar, which turned into violence. On receiving information about the incident, the police immediately reached the spot and started investigating the matter.
