Police said that the students of Sanskrit Pathshala were going to Hampi in a vehicle to offer prayers at Narahari temple, when the accident took place near Araginamara Camp in Sindhanur.

At least four people, including three students traveling in it, were killed and 10 others were injured when a vehicle they were traveling in overturned on the road in Karnataka’s Raichur district in the early hours of Wednesday. Police gave this information.

Police said that the students of Sanskrit Pathshala were going to Hampi in a vehicle to offer prayers at Narahari temple, when the accident took place near Araginamara Camp in Sindhanur.

The students have been identified as Aryavandan (18), Suchendra (22) and Abhilash (20), driver Shiva (24) also died in the accident. 10 injured people have been admitted to a nearby hospital for treatment. Sindhanur police reached the spot and took the bodies to the mortuary and the injured were taken to the hospital. The police have registered the case.
