Prime Minister Narendra Modi will go from Paris to Washington on 12 February for his first bilateral meeting with him after the inauguration of President Donald Trump last month. His official program is 2 days. The summit is likely to be held on 13 February. Modi will go to France next week to co-head the AI summit, hosting President Emmanuel Macron on 10-11 February. Trump was also invited to the summit. The meeting is expected to be represented by Vice President JD Vance at the meeting. Due to Trump not going to Paris, bilateral summit with Modi will now be in the American capital. In fact, Trump confirmed after a phone conversation with the PM last week that he would visit the White House in February.
On the telephone talks with Modi, Trump had said that on Monday morning, I had a long talk with Modi. He will probably come to Washington next month. We will have very good relations with India.
