The police has arrested his tenant in the murder case in Ekotech-3 area of the doctor of Delhi. The tenant says that the doctor had done indecent acts with his girlfriend, due to which he killed him.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone II) Shakti Mohan Awasthi said on Thursday that Dr. Dinesh Gaur (50 years), a resident of Kundali, Delhi, has a house in Sanjay Vihar Colony of Kulesra village in Greater Noida.
UHe told that on January 23, he had rented a room in his house to Imtiaz (accused) and a woman, resident of Kushinagar. According to Awasthi, during interrogation of the accused Imtiaz, he informed that on the night of 25 January, Dinesh came to drink alcohol and called Imtiaz and his girlfriend into the room.
According to the accused, Dinesh was sending him out of the room with some excuse for a short time and during this time he started molesting the woman. Awasthi said that the accused saw that Dinesh was doing obscene act with his female friend, then there was a scuffle between the two.
The accused sent his female friend to the room up, and stabbed him with a hammer lying in Dinesh’s room. Dinesh fell unconscious when the accused attacked his stomach with a surgical blade nearby.
The DCP said that after the incident, the accused ran away with his female friend. He said that the accused Imtiaz was arrested by the police on Wednesday evening. Today he was produced in court.
The court has ordered him to be sent to jail for 14 days judicial custody. Awasthi said that the 44 -year -old accused has six children. His girlfriend is 32 years old and has two children.
For the last two years, both have been living separately from their family. Both met in Pune. From there both of them came to Greater Noida and started living together. Both were looking for jobs and the doctor also assured both of them to get a job.
