He said that apart from this, Russia’s Defense Ministry has confirmed that Moscow’s army has captured the village of Zapadne in the northeastern Kharkiv region of Ukraine. The village is on the west bank of the Oskil River, which long formed the front line between the Kremlin and Kiev forces.
