Atishi, the chief minister and AAP candidate from Kalkaji, lodged a complaint with the Election Commission alleging that her party volunteers in the constituency faced harassment and intimidation by BJP workers. In a letter to the Election Commission, he cited seven incidents of alleged intimidation of AAP workers in different parts of Kalkaji since January 15. Atishi demanded the Election Commission to initiate criminal proceedings against Bidhuri for allegedly intimidating and harassing AAP volunteers.
