Ramesh Bidhuri rejects Atishi and Arvind Kejriwal’s claims of being ‘BJP’s CM candidate’

Atishi and Arvind Kejriwal had recently claimed that BJP may declare Ramesh Bidhuri as its CM candidate. Bidhuri has rejected this claim of AAP leaders. Bidhuri said on Sunday, ‘I am as dedicated to the people as my party. For me the talks about the role of the Chief Minister are completely baseless. I will always work as your servant.
The BJP leader also said that he is a loyal worker of the party. He referred to his tenure as MP from 2014 to 2019 and 2019 to 2024 and his election as MLA in 2003, 2008 and 2013. He said, ‘The party has continuously blessed me and expressed confidence in me. When I was handling important responsibilities for twenty-five years, the party made me MP twice and MLA thrice and has given me the opportunity to come to your doorstep for the fourth time.

The former MP also targeted Kejriwal for the misleading campaign against him. He said, ‘I want to make it clear that I am not a contender for any post.’ He said, ‘With your blessings I am dedicated to serving the people. I want to give you as much part of the country as possible.
At a press conference on Saturday, Kejriwal claimed that he had learned from reliable sources that the BJP would declare Bidhuri as the chief ministerial candidate in the coming days. He also challenged Bidhuri to a public debate so that the people of Delhi could decide who was better to lead. Let us tell you, Bidhuri is contesting from Kalkaji seat against Delhi Chief Minister Atishi. Alka Lamba is the candidate from Congress on this seat.
