Share Market: BSE Sensex fell 385 points, Nifty also fell below 24700.

Share market news: There was a decline in the local stock market amid weak trend globally and BSE Sensex lost more than 384 points. Nifty also fell 100.05 points. According to traders, the US central bank Federal Reserve will take a decision on the policy rate this week. In view of this, investors adopted a cautious approach due to which the global market remained soft. This also affected the domestic market.

BSE Sensex based on 30 shares closed at 81,748.57 points, down 384.55 points or 0.47 percent. It had fallen to 581.84 points during trading. National Stock Exchange’s Nifty also closed at 24,668.25 points with a decline of 100.05 points or 0.40 percent.ALSO READ: Share bazaar News: Share market declined in early trading, Sensex slipped 216 and Nifty 49 points.

There were fluctuations in the shares of these major companies: Among the 30 Sensex stocks, Titan, Adani Ports, UltraTech Cement, Tata Consultancy Services, NTPC, Bharti Airtel, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Hindustan Unilever and JSW Steel were major losers. On the other hand, the gaining stocks include IndusInd Bank, Bajaj Finance, Power Grid, Mahindra & Mahindra and Axis Bank.

In Asian and American markets: In other markets of Asia, South Korea’s Kospi, Japan’s Nikkei, China’s Shanghai Composite and Hong Kong’s Hang Seng were among the losers. There was a declining trend in the major markets of Europe in afternoon trading. US markets were in loss on Friday. Meanwhile, due to cheaper food items, wholesale inflation declined to a three-month low of 1.89 percent in November.ALSO READ: After two days of rise, the stock market fell again, Sensex 106 and Nifty fell 27 points.

FIIs sold on Friday: According to stock market data, foreign institutional investors bought shares worth Rs 2,335.32 crore on Friday. Global oil benchmark Brent crude fell 0.75 per cent to $73.91 per barrel. BSE Sensex had gained 843.16 points on Friday while NSE Nifty had gained 219.60 points.(Language)
