There may be light rain during the day in the national capital. The Meteorological Department gave this information. There was fog and cloudy sky in Delhi in the morning. Delhi received 2.2 mm rainfall till 8.30 am and the minimum temperature was recorded at nine degrees Celsius, which is one degree above the season’s average.
The Meteorological Department has predicted cloudy weather with light rain during the day. The maximum temperature is expected to be around 16 degrees Celsius. The humidity level at 8:30 in the morning was 100 percent.
Light rain occurred in parts of Delhi including Central Delhi on Saturday. According to Central Pollution Control Board data, the air quality index (AQI) at 9 am was 284, which falls in the poor category.
AQI is rated between zero and 50 as ‘good’, 51 and 100 as ‘satisfactory’, 101 and 200 as ‘moderate’, 201 and 300 as ‘poor’, 301 and 400 as ‘very poor’ and 401 and 400 as ‘poor’. Between 500 is considered ‘severe’.
