While issuing the summons, the court said that after looking at the documents, it is clear that the transaction between the two was regarding Garam Dharab Dhaba. The co-accused is making this deal on behalf of the accused Dharam Singh Deol. On October 9, 2020, the court had rejected the demand for registering an FIR in this case. During this time, the court took cognizance of the complaint and asked to present evidence.
what is the whole matter
- Shikari Sushil Kumar alleges that on the advice of Dharmendra Singh Deol, the co-accused contacted him and asked him to invest in the franchise of “Garam Dharam Dhaba” on NH-24/NH-9, Uttar Pradesh. The accused lured money and claimed that the outlets of Connaught Place (Delhi) and Murthal (Haryana) were earning Rs 70-80 lakh every month.
- These accused proposed that he invest Rs 41 lakh, on which he would get 7 percent profit and full assistance in opening the outlets. He was asked to invest Rs 63 lakh and tax and arrange land for the outlets. He was given a document in which it was written that he had to pay Rs 63 lakh by January 31, 2019.
- On the same day, a check of Rs 17 lakh 70 thousand was given by Kumar, which was encashed by the accused. Had also purchased land in Gajraul of Amroha. When the accused were asked to inspect the land and take the deal forward, no response was given from their side. When I tried to contact him continuously, he threatened me and said that if I call now, there will be serious consequences.
