AICC general secretary and Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra said she, her brother, Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi and other Congress leaders are not afraid of the BJP and will continue to raise their voices to protect the Constitution. Priyanka Gandhi said that there have been governments of many parties in the country, but there was no such government whose Home Minister could stand in the Parliament and insult Baba Saheb. There was no government whose leaders said that they will change the Constitution.

The Congress leader said that no one can say that we did not get independence in 1947. He said that today the BJP government is privatizing everywhere and handing over all the property to a few industrialists. Reservation ends with privatization. BJP has also tried to end reservation through lateral entry. These are called anti-constitutional policies. That is why when we say that BJP is weakening the Constitution, it means that these people are weakening you and increasing the struggle in your life.
Priyanka Gandhi said that every policy of the BJP government is against the Constitution, which impacts your life. The Congress government in Karnataka provides 200 units of free electricity. But if you go to BJP ruled states, farmers there cry after seeing the electricity bill. He said that there is nothing bigger than the Constitution in the lives of people in the country. The Constitution protects you from injustice. The Constitution provides justice, education, food and the right to raise voice. The Constitution itself gives the right to agitate against the government. The Constitution protects our policemen and army, but today these people are worried about their old pension, because the government is attacking the Constitution every day.
