Sharing a post on Truth Social, Trump said that we should trust BRICS countries that they will neither create a new BRICS currency, nor support any other currency to change the US dollar. If they do this, they will face 100 percent tariff in return, for them the way through the US market will be closed.
Trump has once again made an open threat to BRICS countries including India, China. Trump said that the game of ignoring the dollar will not work. Regarding starting currency of BRICS countries, Trump said that 100 percent tax will be imposed. Trump bluntly said that BRICS cannot replace the country dollars.

Russia and China have tried to bring a US dollar option. Brazil also proposed a common currency, but there was no concrete progress on it. Prior to the BRICS Summit, Russian President Putin said that Russia does not want to leave or defeat it. He is being prevented from working with dollars. Therefore, finding any other option instead of dollar is compulsion. Trump has raised these efforts to reduce the value of the dollar.
